By using GameI18n ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

Service Description

GameI18n provides AI-powered game localization. We translate text files using machine learning models. Translations are provided as-is without guarantee of perfect accuracy.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Automated or bulk account creation is prohibited.

Payment and Refunds

• Pass (one-time): Grants 500 translation keys. Non-expiring.
• Pro (monthly): Unlimited translations during the subscription period.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 50 keys have been used.
• Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal content
• Attempt to bypass quota limits or abuse the API
• Resell access to the service
• Upload files containing malware or exploits

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for translation errors, data loss, or service interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
